New Zealand Walkways Act 1975

Declaration that Land Shall be a Walkway

Pursuant to the New Zealand Walkways Act 1975, the Minister of Conservation hereby declares that a walkway has been established over the land described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the walkway shall be known as part of the Murchison Skyline Walkway.

Reserves Act 1977

Naming of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Auckland Regional Conservator, Department of Conservation hereby declares that the Government purpose (wildlife management) reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, shall hereafter be known as the Moirs Hill Wildlife Management Reserve.
