To all unsecured creditors and shareholders of Dalhoff & King Holdings Ltd. (in liquidation) ("DK Holdings"), Dalhoff & King New Zealand Ltd. (in liquidation) ("DKNZ"):

Take notice that:

1. The liquidators of DK Holdings and DKNZ have applied to the High Court at Wellington for, inter alia, an order pooling the assets, liabilities and shareholders of DK Holdings, DKNZ, and a company related to DKNZ and DK Holdings, namely D & K Truck Distributors Ltd. (in liquidation).

2. All unsecured creditors and shareholders of DK Holdings and DKNZ should have received a letter, approved by the High Court, explaining the meaning and effect of a pooling order and advising all unsecured creditors and shareholders that:

   (i) A copy of the pooling documents can be obtained by them by writing to the liquidators requesting a copy of the pooling documents and by providing the liquidators with a current address; and

   (ii) A copy of the pooling documents can be inspected by any unsecured creditor or shareholder of DKNZ or DK Holdings free of charge and during normal High Court office hours 9.30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Registry Office of the Wellington High Court, Stout Street, Wellington, upon production (as identification) of the letter or this advertisement.

3. If you have not received a copy of this letter and you wish to receive a copy of the letter and/or the pooling documents you must write within 7 days of the date of this advertisement to the liquidators advising them that you want a copy of the letter or a copy of the pooling documents or a copy of both and provide them with your current address and any change in your name. You must write to the liquidators at the following address:
