Countrywide Banking Corporation Ltd. and Countrywide Finance Ltd., being the holders of a debenture dated 8 July 1988 given to it by Dallington Holdings Ltd., hereby give notice that on 1 September 1989 they appointed Kevin James Bearsley of Messrs Cooper & Lybrand, chartered accountants, whose office is at the CML Building, corner of Queen and Wyndham Streets, Auckland, as receiver and manager of all the property and undertaking of Dallington Holdings Ltd., pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.
