Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of a papakainga for the use and benefit of the Ngati Makahore, Ngati Unu and Ngati Ngaawhero tribes.

Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Rolleston to be Set Apart for Railway Purposes

Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 11th day of August 1989, published in Gazette, 1989, No. 144, page 3621, by omitting from the Schedule the plan No. "L.T. 54338" where it appears in the areas firstly and secondly described and substituting the plan No. "L.T. 54388".
