Amending a Declaration Acquiring Land in Huntly Borough for Purposes Incidental to Coal Mining Operations Under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor of the Department of Lands, Hamilton, hereby amends the declaration dated the 26th day of August 1987, published in the New Zealand Gazette of 10 September 1987, No. 4223, at page 4235, acquiring land for purposes incidental to coal mining operations under Part IV of the Coal Mines Act 1979 by inserting the word “Part” before the words “Lot 18” in the land firstly described in the Schedule.
