to be Deputy Chairman of the Waitangi Tribunal.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 21st day of August 1989
Present:
His Excellency THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, by this order, which shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the New Zealand Gazette, revokes the instruments, parts of instruments, and orders specified in the Schedule to this order.

Explanatory Note:
This note is not part of the order, but is intended to indicate its general effect.
This order, which comes into force 28 days after its publication in the Gazette, revokes the defined harbour limits of 9 harbours in New Zealand. The limits dated back to 1868 and no longer serve any useful purpose.

International Air Services Licensing Act 1947
Notice of Application for the Renewal of an International Air Service Licence
Pursuant to Section 15 of the International Air Services Licensing Act 1947, notice is hereby given that Aerolineas Argentinas has applied for the renewal of its International Air Service Licence to operate air services for the carriage of passengers, cargo and mail between Argentina and Auckland, and beyond to Sydney for a further 2-year period from 1 December 1989. Further details of this proposal may be obtained from the General Manager, Air Transport Division, Ministry of Transport, P.O. Box 31-441, Wellington.
Any person or organisation desiring to make representations relating to this application must forward these representations in writing to reach me on or before 29 September 1989.

Traffic Regulations 1976
Approval to Operate Certain Left-hand Drive Motor Vehicles
Pursuant to regulation 90 (1) of the Traffic Regulations 1976* and pursuant to the powers delegated to me by the Secretary for Transport, I, Hugh Cameron Matheson, Senior Automotive Engineer, hereby exempt from the requirements of regulation 70 (1)† of the said regulations, those vehicles specified in the Schedule hereunder when fitted with a steering column to the left of the longitudinal centre line of the body of the vehicle.

(1) Motor vehicles operating wholly or partly on self-laying tracks or rollers.
(2) Motor vehicles that are agricultural tractors designed, constructed and being used solely for agricultural purposes.
(3) Motor vehicles that are self-propelled agricultural harvesting machines.
(4) Motor vehicles that are earthmoving machines designed and constructed solely for earthmoving purposes.
