Notice Calling Final Meeting of Members

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Lochiel Station Ltd. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held in the Boardroom, Fifth Floor of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, on the 21st day of September 1989 at 2.30 p.m. for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the properties of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidators.

Further Business:

To resolve pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) that the liquidators be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidators as they think fit.

Every member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote for them. A proxy need not be a member.

Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged at the offices of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 32 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, not later than 5 p.m. on the 20th day of September 1989.
