Import Licence Tender Details

3924 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 153

SECOND SCHEDULE

The Item Code groupings tendered hereunder derive from the Import Licence Schedule:

NOTE: Before completing the bid forms tenderers should read the terms and conditions set out in the First Schedule carefully as these are binding on all bids made.

APPAREL TENDER ALLOCATIONS: 1989/90 MEN’S AND BOYS’ JACKETS

Points to Note:

Continuity Licence

  1. Please note that the amounts tendered in this round for men’s and boys’ jackets (G906 and G907) represent 50 percent (less continuity) of the total tender allocation for 1989/90, the other 50 percent having already been tendered in May 1989, Round 75. In future there will no longer be two separate tender allocations each year for the two men’s and boys’ jacket tender categories. The allocations will be combined into one call, which for the 1990/91 licence year, is scheduled to be called in May 1990. As a result, acceptance of continuity from this second jacket round—Round 78, will be required to be given at a considerably earlier date than that normally required. Successful tenderers in this round should therefore take careful note of the early continuity reply date stipulated on the offer.
