Road Realignment in Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114 declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117 declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Areas “F” and “G”, now known as Section 9, Block I Whaingaroa Survey District and Section 10, Block I, Whaingaroa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title No. 10A/382, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “I” and “J”, now known as Section 12, Block I Whaingaroa Survey District and Section 11, Block I, Whaingaroa Survey District respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title Volume 277, folio 45, subject to memoranda of mortgage H.340130.4 and H.340130.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
