Harbours Act 1950

Defining the Limits of the Napier Harbour Pilotage District

PAUL REEVES, Governor-General

Pursuant to section 211 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Paul Reeves, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby define the limits of the Napier Harbour Pilotage District, within which pilots may act for the purposes of the said Act, to be all the waters comprised within the parallels of latitude 39°25'S and 39°29'S and bounded on the east by longitude 176°54'E and on west by high water mark on the mainland.

The Warrant dated 4 December 1964 under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General defining the limits of the Napier Pilotage District is hereby revoked.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, signed this 25th day of July 1989.
