Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited v. Sea Flight Cruises Limited

On 9 August 1989, Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited published a notice in this newspaper of an application to wind up Sea Flight Cruises Limited.

The notice was served at the former address of Sea Flight Cruises Limited’s registered office instead of its current address which is the Eighteenth Floor, Quay Tower, 29 Customs Street West, Auckland.

Because of the error Mobil Oil New Zealand Limited withdrew its application to the High Court at Auckland on Wednesday, 23 August 1989.
