Reserves Act 1977

Declaration That Land is a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Regional Conservator, Auckland Conservancy, hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by The Rodney County Council on the 27th day of July 1989:

"That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, The Rodney County Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the said county in fee-simple and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a local purpose reserve."
