Brendan Douglass Nally is appointed to a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant, with seniority and effect from 5 March 1989.

Major Michael John Knapton, M.B., Ch.B., is transferred from the Retired List in the rank of Major, with seniority from 15 November 1983 and effect from 15 June 1989.

Brian Lewis Towersy, D.P.H., is appointed to a commission in the rank of Major, with seniority from 22 May 1989 and effect from 1 June 1989.

Haemish Alexander Crawford, M.B., Ch.B., is appointed to a commission in the rank of Lieutenant, with seniority from 22 November 1988 and effect from 13 June 1989.
