Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of McClymont Enterprises Ltd., will be held at the offices of

Messrs Buddle Findlay, Wellington on the 17th day of August 1989 at 11 a.m. when the following resolution will be proposed as a special resolution:

"That pursuant to sections 15A and 18 of the Companies Act 1955, the memorandum of association of the company is hereby amended by omitting all the objects and powers of the company contained therein and that henceforth the company shall have the right, powers and privileges of a natural person (including the powers referred to in section 15A (1) (a) to (h))."

A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy and that proxy need not also be a member.
