Notice is hereby given that at a special general meeting of the company duly convened and held on the 8th day of August 1989, the following special resolution was duly passed:
(1) That the company be wound up voluntarily.
(2) That M. D. McPherson, chartered accountant of Paeroa, be appointed liquidator.
