Order of the Council in Disciplinary Session Order in Respect of Registered Psychiatric NurseβBrian John Craig
In exercise of its powers under section 42 (1) (b), 42 (2) (b), 42 (2) (c), 42 (3) and 48A of the Nurses Act 1977, the Nursing Council of New Zealand on 12 May 1989 ordered that the above-named nurse be suspended from practice for a period of 12 months; be fined $1,000; pay the sum of $3,000 or 25 percent of costs whichever is the lesser; and that a notice stating the effect of these orders be published in the Gazette and the New Zealand Nursing Journal.
