Amending Notice Declaring Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of a Road (State Highway No. 2) in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Minister of Lands hereby amends the Gazette notice dated the 12th day of April 1989 and published in New Zealand Gazette of 13 April 1989, No. 66 at page 1537. Declaring Land to be Set Apart for the Purposes of a Road (State Highway No. 2) in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District by deleting the description ‘State Highway No. 2’

Revoking a Notice Declaring Land to be Road, Road Stopped and Land Taken in Block X, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington hereby revokes the notice dated the 13th day of December 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 15 December 1988, No. 214 at page 5402 declaring land to be road, road stopped and land taken in Block X, Kaitawa Survey District, Horowhenua County.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington declares:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and shall vest in The Horowhenua County Council.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby stopped.

(c) Pursuant to section 119, that the land described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby vested in The Horowhenua County Council.

Land Acquired for Road (State Highway 61) and Road to be Stopped in the Nelson Land District

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Acting District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Wellington, declares that:

(a) Pursuant to section 20, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First, Second and Third Schedules hereto is hereby acquired for road and shall vest in the Crown and pursuant to section 11 (1A) of the National Roads Act 1953, the road shall form part of State Highway No. 61.

(b) Pursuant to section 116, the land described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby stopped.
