Consent to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the
undersigned Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, acting under
powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the
Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the
local authority mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole
or any part of the respective amounts specified in the
Schedule.

Conservation Act 1987
Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes
Pursuant to section 7 (1) of the Conservation Act 1987, the
Minister of Conservation and the Minister of Lands, being the
Minister deemed responsible for the Department of State that
has control of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
jointly declare that the land is held for conservation purposes
and it shall hereafter be so held.

27 hectares, more or less, being Section 1 (formerly part
Run 772), Block VI, Wilkin Survey District. All surrender

Reserves Act 1977
Revocation of a Notice Relating to a Reserve and Issue of a Fresh Notice
Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a
delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Director of
Estate Protection Policy, Department of Conservation, by
reason of an error made in the notice, hereby revokes the
notice revoking the reservation over Lot 7, D.P. 16383 as a
post office site dated 10 October 1988 and published in the
New Zealand Gazette of 20 October 1988, No. 177, page 4177 and issues the following notice in its place.
Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve and Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale Shall be Utilised
Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from
the Minister of Conservation, the Director of Estate Protection
Policy, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the
reservation as a reserve for a post office site over the land
described in the Schedule hereto, and further declares that the
said land may be disposed of by The Waitemata City Council at
current market value, the proceeds from any such sale to be
paid into the council’s reserve account, such moneys to be
used and applied in or toward the improvement of other
reserves under the control of the council, or in or towards the
purchase of other land for reserves.

North Auckland Land District—Waitemata City
1075 square metres, more or less, being Lot 7, D.P. 16383,
situated in Block XIII, Waitemata Survey District.
