Notice of Appointment of Receivers
Pursuant to Section 346 (1) of the Companies Act 1955
First City Finance Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 4th day of August 1989, it appointed Laurence George Chilcott and Peter Charles Chatfield, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, joint and several receivers of all of the assets and the property of Mainline Cars Ltd., under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 11th day of February 1988.
Further particulars can be obtained from the receivers whose address is care of the offices of Smith Chilcott, Chartered Accountants, corner Shortland and O’Connell Streets, Auckland 1.
