(vi) The area described in the Ninth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 227, subject to memoranda of mortgage 700028.6, 867522.1 and 669628.1.

(vii) The areas described in the Tenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 245, folio 14, subject to memoranda of mortgage 700028.6, 867522.1 and 700028.8.

(ix) The areas described in the Eleventh Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 8D/881.

(x) The areas described in the Twelfth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/169, subject to memoranda of mortgage 700028.6, 867522.1 and 700028.8.

(xi) The areas described in the Thirteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 34C/166, subject to memorandum of mortgage 711542.3.

(a) Pursuant to section 116, declares the portions of road described in the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Schedules hereto to be stopped and remain vested in the Rangitikei County Council.

(e) Declares the land described in the Sixteenth, Seventeenth, Eighteenth, Nineteenth, Twentieth, Twenty-first, Twenty-second and Twenty-third Schedules to be taken under section 119 (1) and declares that:

(i) The area described in the Sixteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 279, folio 176, subject to memoranda of mortgage 973072.16 and 973072.17.

(ii) The area described in the Seventeenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 25C/847, subject to Statutory land charge 797450 and memorandum of mortgage 676928.9.

(iii) The areas described in the Eighteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 276, folio 206, subject to memoranda of mortgage 999947 and 676928.9.

(iv) The area described in the Nineteenth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 326, folio 226, subject to memoranda of mortgage 700028.6, 867522.1 and 669628.1.

(v) The area described in the Twentieth Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, No. 11A/858 subject to memorandum of mortgage 676928.9.

(vi) The area described in the Twenty-first Schedule shall vest in The Rangitikei County Council.

(vii) The area described in the Twenty-second Schedule shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 245, folio 14, subject to memoranda of mortgage 700028.6, 867522.1 and 700028.8.

(viii) The area described in the Twenty-third Schedule shall vest in The Rangitikei County Council.

(f) Pursuant to section 114 (1), declares the land described in the Twenty-fourth Schedule hereto to be road and remain vested in The Rangitikei County Council.
