Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in the minute book of the above-named company on the 26th day of July 1989, the following extraordinary resolution was passed by the company:

"That the company by reason of its liabilities cannot continue in business and that accordingly the company should be wound up pursuant to section 268 (1) (c) of the Companies Act 1955."

Notice is hereby given that at a special meeting of shareholders held on 24 July 1989, after a declaration of solvency had been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the shareholders passed the following resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Albert Henry Garton, be appointed liquidator for the purpose."

"That a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, the company be wound up voluntarily."

And furthermore, notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Lockstud ‘A’ Strain Ltd. (in liquidation) which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 21st day of August 1989 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is further given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Specialised Lamp Supplies Ltd. (in liquidation), which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 14th day of August 1989 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
