Notice of Final Meeting

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Art Investment & Development Company Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation):

Take notice that in pursuance of section 281 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Oldershaw & Co., Chartered Accountants, Marewa House, Kennedy Road, Napier at 11 a.m. on the 17th day of August 1989 for the purpose of laying before such meeting an account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.

“That all books and papers of the company and the liquidator’s be handed to the liquidator for retention in safe custody for the period required by law and thereafter for disposal by them in such manner as they may think fit.

That all assets and liabilities of the company be transferred to the shareholders in specie.”
