Notice Calling Final Meetings of Members and Creditors

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Farmer Johns (Papanui) Ltd. (in liquidation):

Notice is hereby given in pursuance of sections 290 and 291 of the Companies Act 1955, that meetings of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held in the offices of Messrs Chambers Nicolls, A.M.P. Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on Wednesday, 16 August 1989 at 3 p.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanations thereof by the liquidator.

Further Business:
To resolve pursuant to section 328 (1) (b) that the liquidator be authorised to dispose of the books of the company and of the liquidator as he thinks fit.
