DFC New Zealand Ltd.

The 25th day of July 1989, it appointed Lindsay John Brown and Murray Neil Frost, both of Dunedin, chartered accountants, whose office are at the firm of Deloitte Haskins & Sells, 481 Moray Place, Dunedin, to be receivers of all the undertaking property and assets of this company charged by a certain debenture dated the 25th day of July 1985 and given by this company to DFC New Zealand Ltd.

The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertaking and all its property and assets, whatsoever and wheresoever, situate both present and future, including its uncalled capital and called but unpaid capital.

(“the company”) over property situated at Cavendish Drive, Manukau, hereby gives notice that on the 15th day of March 1989, under the powers contained in the said mortgage it appointed K. R. Smith of Spicer and Oppenheim, chartered accountant, as receiver of rents of the property the subject of the said mortgage.
