Advertisement of Application for Winding Up of a Company by the Court

Under the Companies Act 1955, between Mico Wakefield South Island Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Christchurch and carrying on business as importers and retailers—Plaintiff:

And—Arrowtown Heating and Plumbing Limited, 220 Dee Street, Invercargill—Defendant:

Take notice that on the 4th day of July 1989, an application for the winding up of Arrowtown Heating and Plumbing Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 7th day of August 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Mico Wakefield South Island Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Tait Ward Adams & Murdoch, Solicitors, 65 Don Street, Invercargill.
