Industry Assistance Policy Tariff Concessions Review Notice

Notice is hereby given that consideration of the above Tariff Chapters has been completed in terms of the Tariff Concession Review announced by the Minister of Commerce on 12 January 1989. The Chapters, where amended, are set out below for information purposes. Interested parties wishing to comment on the outcome of the review as it relates to these Chapters, should do so in writing to The Comptroller of Customs, PO Box 2218, Wellington (attention Concessions Project Team) by 24 August 1989. No changes have been made to Chapters 31, 78, 79, 80, 81, 88 and 92. It is proposed to revise Chapters 28, 36, 74, 89 and 91 as follows:
