Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice 1989

Pursuant to the Securities Act 1978, the Securities Commission gives the following notice.

Notice

Title and commencement, and expiry—(1) This notice may be cited as the Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice 1989, Amendment No. 1 and shall be read together with, and deemed part of The Authorised Life Insurance Companies Notice 1989* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

(2) This notice shall come into force on the date of its notification in the Gazette.

Authorised life insurance companies—A.A. Life Assurance Limited and Ansvar Life Limited are each hereby declared to be authorised life insurance companies for the purposes of the Act in respect of all life insurance policies issued by each company.
Revocation of authorisation—The declaration that A.A. Mutual Life Insurance Co. Limited is an authorised life insurance company is hereby revoked.
New Schedule substituted—The Schedule to the principal notice is hereby revoked and the following Schedule is substituted:
