Declaration of the Dissolution of a Society

I, Lindsay John Meehan, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the New Zealand Nurses Association (Marlborough Branch) Incorporated is no longer carrying on operation, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 96, page 2216, dated 7 June 1989, the following was incorrectly shown to be a charitable trust change of name instead of

Notice is hereby given that

New Zealand Alpine Garden Society 1987 Incorporated
CH. I.S. 219887

has changed its name to

New Zealand Alpine Garden Society Incorporated

and that the new name was this day entered on my Register of Incorporated Societies in place of the former name.
