Take notice that on Thursday, the 30th day of March 1989, an application for the winding up of New Zealand Structures (1980) Limited (in receivership) by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 31st day of July 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Anthony George Lewis of Christchurch, chartered accountant as liquidator of Southern Steel Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Anthony Harper, Solicitors, 115 Kilmore Street, Christchurch.
