Amending a Notice Declaring Railway Land at Nuhaka to be Disposed of and Vested in the Wairoa County Council for Landfill Tip Purposes
Pursuant to sections 10 and 30 of the New Zealand Railways Corporation Act 1981 and section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, the Chief Executive of the New Zealand Railways Corporation hereby amends the notice dated the 6th day of June 1989, published in Gazette, 1989, No. 111, page 2846, declaring railway land at Nuhaka to be disposed of and vested in the Wairoa County Council for landfill tip purposes by omitting from the heading, preamble, and Schedule, the word "County" and substituting the word "District".
Dated at Wellington this 10th day of July 1989.
