Amending a Notice Declaring Land at Akaroa Acquired for a School Site

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 19th day of April 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 27 April 1989, No. 75, page 1748, as amended by notice dated 31st day of May 1989 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 8 June 1989, No. 97, page 2238; declaring land at Akaroa acquired for a school site, by deleting “subject to the right to drain sewage in transfer 505556/1”.

In the notices issued on the 8th day of August 1986, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 August 1986, No. 130, page 3537 and on the 15th day of May 1989, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 June 1989, No. 94, page 2170, amend the Land District in which the said block is situated from South Auckland Land District to Gisborne Land District.
