Revocation of Authorisation to Take Statutory Declarations

Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957, I hereby revoke the authorisation held by the officer in the service of the Crown named in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations.

Sale of Liquor Act 1962

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—West Coast Licensing Committee

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the West Coast Licensing Committee on 22 June 1989 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Jacksons Country Club Tavern.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (not being Christmas or New Year’s Eve). Opening at 9 o’clock in the morning and closing at 8 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every Friday and Saturday. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.

Pursuant to section 221A (14) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 as amended by section 22 (1) of the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, David Oughton, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee on 15 June 1989 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours of trading for the licensed premises known as the Collard Tavern, Kaitaia.

To the intent that on days other than those on which licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public the hours for the opening and closing of the said premises shall be as follows:

(a) On every Friday and Christmas Eve (Christmas Eve not being a Saturday). Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(b) On every Saturday (including Christmas Eve but not including New Year’s Eve). Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 11 o’clock in the evening.

(c) On every New Year’s Eve. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 00.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

(d) On every other day. Opening at 11 o’clock in the morning and closing at 10 o’clock in the evening.
