Take notice that on the 25th day of May 1989, an application for the winding up of Service and Warhurst Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Invercargill.

The application is to be heard before the High Court at Invercargill on Monday, the 7th day of August 1989 at 10 a.m.

Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.

The applicant is Bramwell Scaffolding (Southland) Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Messrs Arthur Watson Savage, Barrister & Solicitors, corner Spey and Kelvin Streets, Invercargill.

The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Steelwright Engineering Services Ltd. (in receivership), hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of June 1989, it appointed Donald Leroy Francis and Thomas Hughes Lloyd Davies, chartered accountants, whose offices are at Deloitte Haskins & Sells, Southpac House, 1 Victoria Street, Wellington, as receivers and managers of the company under the powers contained in a debenture dated the 16th day of December 1985. The receivers have been appointed in respect of the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects, whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital.
