Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to Section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Fulbar Holdings Ltd. (in liquidation) (formerly Filleul Barry Construction Ltd.):

Notice is hereby given that by a duly signed entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955 of the above-named company on the 30th day of June 1989, passed the following extraordinary resolution:

"That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."

Pursuant to section 362 (8) of the Companies Act 1955, the company hereby gives notice that a meeting of its creditors will be held at 3 p.m. on the 7th day of July 1989, at the Ellen Melville Hall, High Street, Auckland for the purpose of appointing a liquidator (or liquidators) and for considering such other matters as may be necessary.

Any person entitled to attend this meeting may, by delivering notice in writing to the company at its registered office at 2A Fenton Circus Parade, Orakei no later than 4 p.m. on 6 July 1989, appoint any person (whether so entitled or not) as their proxy to attend and vote at this meeting.
