Election of One Member of the Council
I hereby declare that a nomination has been received as follows:
Toop, Martin, nominated by the electors of the Graduates' and Diploma holders' Electoral Roll of the College of the office of member of the council of Lincoln College for a term commencing 1 August 1989 and expiring on 31 December 1991.
As the number of candidates does not exceed the number of vacancies to be filled, I therefore declare the said Martin Toop to be elected to the office for which he has been nominated.
