Land at Crotty’s Corner, Geraldine Acquired for the Purposes of a Road

Pursuant to section 20 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby acquired for the purposes of a road and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this declaration in the Gazette.

Pursuant to section 52 (1) of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be set apart for road which pursuant to section 11 (1A), National Roads Act 1953, shall form part of State Highway No. 1 and the land described in the Second Schedule to be set apart for railway purposes and the land in the Third Schedule to be set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road.

Amending a Notice Declaring Part of a Road Near Wairau Bridge to be Stopped

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Solicitor, Department of Lands, Christchurch, hereby amends the notice dated the 22nd day of May 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1 June 1989, No. 94, page 2168, declaring road to be stopped, by omitting “S.O. Plan 16155” from the Schedule and substituting “S.O. Plan 16115”.
