Robin Dudley Harrison, a director of Sheepskin Hutt Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Lower Hutt, hereby gives notice pursuant to section 335A (3) of the Companies Act 1955, that he proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies for a declaration of dissolution of the above-named company and that unless written objection is made to the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the 26th day of June 1989, being the date this notice was published in accordance with the said section, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
