Amending a Notice Stopping Road in Waitomo District

Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager of the Department of Lands, Hamilton hereby amends the notice dated the 21st day of January 1988 and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 28 January 1988, No. 13 at page 271, declaring road to be stopped in Waitomo District by deleting "certificate of title, Volume 1049, folio 183" from paragraph (b) and substituting "certificate of title No. 41B/56".
