Countrywide Banking Corporation Ltd. and Countrywide Finance Ltd., being the holders of a debenture dated the 19th day of July 1988, given to them by CeeBee Marine (1987) Ltd., hereby give notice that on the 9th day of June 1989, they appointed David Donald Crichton and Trevor Francis Thornton, both chartered accountants of Christchurch of the firm of Chambers Nicholls, whose office is at the AMP Building, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, jointly to act as receivers and managers of all the property and undertaking of CeeBee Marine (1987) Ltd. pursuant to the powers contained in the said debenture and at law.
