Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of
Cullen Electrical Ltd. (in liquidation):
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Cullen Electrical Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 21st day of July 1989, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the office of Merlo Burgess, Suite 2, 64 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland at 12 noon on Monday, the 26th day of June 1989.
Business:
(a) Consideration of a statement of the position of the affairs of the company.
(b) Nomination of a liquidator.

Every member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of himself. A proxy need not also be a member or creditor respectively.

In terms of section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held on the 27th day of June 1989 in the offices of Peat Marwick, 120N Karamu Road, Hastings at 2 p.m.
Agenda:
(a) Appoint a chairman of the meeting.
(b) Consider the statement of position of the company and the list of creditors.
(c) Nominate a liquidator and fix the basis of their remuneration.
(d) Appoint a committee of inspection.
(e) Consider whether any of the persons appointed by the members should not be members of the committee of inspection.
(f) If a committee of inspection is not appointed, sanction, if thought fit, the exercise of the liquidator of the powers set out in section 294 (1) 9 of the Act.
