Road Realignment in Raglan County

Pursuant to Part VIII of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the District Manager, Department of Lands, Hamilton:

(a) Pursuant to section 114, declares the land described in the First Schedule hereto to be road and vested in The Raglan County Council.

(b) Pursuant to sections 116 and 117, declares the pieces of road described in the Second Schedule hereto to be stopped and that:

(i) Area “C” now known as Section 1, S.O. Plan 57007, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 302, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 366249.2 and H. 366249.3, and to statutory land charge H. 366249.4, South Auckland Land Registry.

(ii) Areas “E”, “F”, “J” and “K”, now known as Section 2, S.O. Plan 57007, Section 3, S.O. Plan 57007, Section 4, S.O. Plan 57007 and Section 5, S.O. Plan 57007 respectively, shall be amalgamated with the land in certificate of title, Volume 575, folio 207, subject to memoranda of mortgage H. 013730, H. 741775.2 and H. 024558.5, South Auckland Land Registry.
