Wednesday, the 5th day of July 1989 at 4.30 p.m. in the afternoon for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.
Further Business:
To consider, and if thought fit, to pass the following resolution as an extraordinary resolution, namely:
"That the books and records of the company be retained by the liquidator for a period of 12 months from the date thereof and then destroyed."

Notice is hereby given that by entry in the minute book of the above-mentioned company on the 1st day of June 1989, pursuant to section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the following special resolution was passed by the company, namely:
"That as a result of the company ceasing to trade, a declaration of solvency was filed in accordance with section 274 (2) of the Companies Act 1955, and it was resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Peter George Steel of Price Waterhouse, Chartered Accountants, 208 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch, be appointed liquidator."
