In the matter of an application under section 221A of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962 by Te Puna Tavern Ltd., for the Te Puna Tavern:

Upon reading: the application and declaration by Shane Marshall Eaton as manager for the Te Puna Tavern Ltd., for the variation of hours in respect of the Te Puna Tavern, Minden Road, Te Puna and upon hearing counsel, David John McDonald in support, it is hereby ordered that the hours be varied as follows:

The closing of the premises after the usual hour of closing each Friday and Saturday but not later than 11 o’clock in the evening.
