Reserves Act 1977

Classification of a Reserve and Declaration That the Reserve be Part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the West Coast Regional Manager, Department of Conservation hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (b) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares the said reserve to form part of the Lake Kaniere Scenic Reserve.
