2270 NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE No. 95
Pursuant to the Import Control Regulations 1973 (S.R. 1980/246), I, P. E. Donovan, Deputy Secretary of Trade and Industry, acting under delegated authority hereby announce the availability of certain licence units left unpaid from Round 54 of import licence tenders.
The weighted average price of the units has been recalculated by taking out the unpaid units.
The licences available are all global licences.
Application for the units shown as available should be made on form T. & I. 401 and should reach the Registrar of Tenders no later than 5 p.m. on 27 June 1988.
These licences will be valid to 31 December 1988. Envelopes must be marked “Unpaid Residual”. Payment is required within 1 month of the date of the result letter.

- when open toed or without uppers: when the length of the insole, or where no insole exists the length of the outer sole, does not exceed 24.4 cm;
- other: when the internal length does not exceed 24.8 cm.
