The Bank of New Zealand with reference to Browns Garments Ltd., hereby gives notice that on the 23rd day of May 1988 the bank appointed Lawrence James Johnson and Russell Graeme Stewart, both chartered accountants, whose offices are at the offices of Woodhouse & Partners, Chartered Accountants, 41 Perry Street, Masterton, jointly and severally as receivers of the property of this company under the powers contained in an instrument dated the 18th day of March 1976. The receivers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s undertakings and all its real and personal property and all its assets and effects whatsoever and wheresoever, both present and future, including its uncalled and unpaid capital present and future.

Euro-National Credit Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland, hereby gives notice that on the 19th day of May 1988 it appointed Frederick Nelson Watson and Gerald Stanley Rea, both of Auckland, chartered accountants, as receivers and managers of all the property charged by a certain debenture dated the 6th day of October 1987 given by Kayem Imports Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland (“the company”) in favour of Euro-National Credit Ltd., a copy of which was registered with the Registrar of Companies at Auckland on the 9th day of October 1987.

The property in respect of which the receivers and managers have been appointed comprises all the company’s undertakings and all its property and assets, wheresoever and whatsoever, both present and future including the uncalled, unissued and unsubscribed capital (if any) of the company for the time being.
