Proxies:

A creditor who is unable to attend may appoint a proxy, who need not be a creditor, to attend and vote instead of him. Proxy forms to be valid, must be completed and deposited at the offices of Touche Ross not later than 4 p.m. on the day before the meeting. A creditor who is a company must appoint a proxy to be legally represented and such appointment must be made under seal of the company or a general authority in writing on the form of proxy.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Tauranga Fibreglass Services Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at care of R. A. Sinclair, 510 Cameron Road, Tauranga—Debtor:

Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the High Court was, on the 11th day of May 1988, presented to the said Court by Forman Insulation Sales Limited; and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Rotorua on the 27th day of June 1988 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous of supporting or opposing the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
