Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 362(8) of the Companies Act 1955, that a meeting of the members and creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Nordic Consultants Ltd., Second Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street, Auckland at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, 8 June 1988, for the purposes of confirming the members’ resolutions passed on 25 May 1988 for the voluntary winding up of the company.
