ORDER IN COUNCIL
At Wellington this 16th day of May 1988

Present:
His Excellency the Governor-General in Council

Pursuant to the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

Order

  1. Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Dargaville Agricultural and Pastoral Association Incorporation Order 1988.

    (2) This order shall come into force on the 28th day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  2. Incorporation—The members of the Dargaville Agricultural and Pastoral Association, and all other persons who after the commencement of this order are admitted members of it agreeably to its rules and the provisions of the Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act 1908, are hereby incorporated into a body corporate by the style of “the Dargaville Agricultural and Pastoral Association”.

Animals Act 1967

Notice to Set Apart and Define a Quarantine Ground at Silverstream (No. 4391; Ag. 6/4/3/0/1)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 11 (1) of the Animals Act 1967, the land situated at 410 Eastern Hutt Road, Silverstream, being 14.8089 hectares, comprising part Sections 81, 82, Hutt District, Block IV, Belmont Survey District, S.O. 23708, is declared to be a quarantine ground for the detention of imported animals.

Notice Declaring Purple Pampas Grass (Cortaderia jubata) a Class B Noxious Plant (No. 4392; Ag. 12/10/18/6)

  1. Pursuant to section 19 of the Noxious Plants Act 1978, the Noxious Plants Council hereby declares purple pampas grass (Cortaderia jubata) to be a Class B noxious plant in that part of New Zealand lying within the boundaries of Matamata District Noxious Plants Authority.

  2. This notice shall come into effect on the day after its date of notification in the Gazette.
