Dissolution by Instrument

Notice is hereby given that the Runanga State Coal Miners’ Medical Society, Register No. 420 is dissolved by instrument, registered at this office the 3rd day of May 1988, unless within 3 months of the date of the Gazette in which the advertisement appears, proceedings be commenced by a member or other person interested in or having a claim on the funds of the society to set aside such dissolution, and the same be set aside accordingly.

I, Stuart William Haigh, Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, hereby declare that as it has been made to appear to me that the declaration dissolving the Nelson Provincial Lawn Tennis Association Incorporated (IS. NL. 225005) was made in error and that the declaration ought to be revoked, the said declaration is hereby revoked accordingly,

pursuant to section 28 (5) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908.

Dated at Nelson this 19th day of May 1988.
